Day 1:
We took a flight from Amsterdam to San José with a stop over in Miami
Day 2:
Stayed with family of Bart in Tres Rios near San José
Visit to Cartago, Park Lankester and picked up our rental car
Day 3:
Visit to Poas volcano - Catarata - San Carlos/Ciudad quesada - relaxtime in hotsprings
Day 4:
San Carlos - Fortuna - Catarata - Arenal volcano - Monteverde - Santa Elena
Spend the night at a hostel in Santa Elena and visited the frog center in the night
Day 5:
To Monteverde and Santa Elena, did the skywalk, went back to see the frogs by daylight and visited the snake center
Day 6:
Rincon de la vieja and Playa del Coco
Day 7:
Playa del Coco - Playa Tamarindo
Day 8:
Playa Tamarindo and Playa Grande, went to the turtle infocenter and hoped to see some turtles on the beach... bad luck for us!
Day 9:
Playa Tamarindo - took the ferry from Playa Naranjo to Puntarenas - drove to Jaco and Quepos
Spend the night at Quepos
Dag 10:
Quepos - Manuel Antonio
Day 11:
Back to San José, returned our rental car
Spend the night at Tres Rios
Day 12:
Took the bus from San José to Manzanillo
Day 13:
Manzanillo to Puerto Viejo
Rented bikes at Puerto Viejo and did a trip by the coast
Day 14:
Beach day at Puerto Viejo
Day 15:
Puerto Viejo to Cahuita
Day 16:
Cahuita national park - did a boattrip and went snorkeling
Day 17:
by bus back to San José, stayed in a youth hostel, enjoyed San José night life
Day 18:
San José
Day 19:
souvenir hunting in San José
Day 20:
Heredia
Day 21:
flight back to Amsterdam, arrival on the next day
